Time Travel:Fact or Fiction?
Many movies and sci-fi books feature time travel, but is there anyway it could actually happen in the real life?
Here is the answer for that.
Plato, an Ancient Greek philosopher stated that ,"Ideas are the shadows of reality". It means that ideas are necessary for this physical world to exist. Ideas develop in our brains and after implementing those ideas their physical existence takes place. In reality we can not touch our shadows since they are not physical things to perceive and the same holds true for the ideas.

BRAIN WAVES |
We cannot physically observe brain waves since they are a kind of electrical activity within our brain. Beyond our three-dimensional physical world, energy flows in multiple dimensions each vibrating at different frequencies. These brain waves forms our thoughts that control our body. Every concept and idea that we develop in our brain resonate at a specific frequency in our heads.
For example, if we want to build a house, we will form an idea for our ideal house and see it in our minds, and that notion is nothing more than energy flowing in our brain at a certain frequency that we cannot detect physically. It may take many months to physically build the house we imagined in our heads.
However, the energy flowing through our brain at the time in the form of idea had already built that house in another realm. That energy traveled through time many months quicker than we did and built that house in another dimension.
As a result, it is evident that only energy can flow through time and between dimensions. We, as humans, are unable to travel across time because we are limited to a three-dimensional physical universe.
We frequently see scientists claiming that they have discovered a new star in a galaxy, which is X light years away from Earth, and they will publish the image of that star which they have captured.
We all know that when the light reflected from an object is captured by an observer, a picture of that object is generated. So the pictures of stars that we acquire by collecting light from them which are X light years distant are nothing more than the state of those stars X years ago. Because the light that we collected has already traveled X years before reaching us.
That implies we are looking back in time X years and saw the past state of that star. And, because the universe is expanding at a faster rate, that star might have traveled several light years away from us over time.

Expansion of Universe |
Hence, we cannot travel through time as a single entity but we are already travelling through time across this universe as a whole along with our solar system.
